How can you prevent a Lipoma from growing? - prevent lipoma
I am 15 years and has seen a lipoma under my sternum (xiphoid not mine). How can I prevent it from growing or spreading (Today, a little smaller than one cent) size?

Well, I'm not into it or too narrow. can cause irritation and grow. How do you know it is a lipoma? Move your stay in one place? What do you feel soft and supple, and is firm and hard? If it moves and is soft, which is probably a lipoma or a cyst. If there is solid, it's a good idea to go to the doctor and to check it out. Good luck and hope that all is well!
